What exactly do I receive?
Two things, both digital. A hand-drawn pencil portrait of the person described in your reading, and a written Soulmate Story that covers the setting, timing and circumstances of how your paths are likely to cross.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are drawn and written by hand, and the stated turnaround is within 24 hours of your details being received. Most people report it arriving the same evening or the following morning.
What information do I have to give?
Your first name, your date of birth and a few short questions about what you are looking for. No photographs are required and no personal documents are ever requested.
Is the sketch printable?
Yes. The file is supplied at high resolution so it holds up in a frame or a folder rather than turning into a blurry mess when you enlarge it.
Is this entertainment or a guarantee?
It is an intuitive art and reading service. Nobody can promise you a specific person on a specific date, and any service claiming otherwise deserves your suspicion. Read it as a mirror and a nudge, not a contract.
What if I am not happy with mine?

Who draws the portrait?
Lia Arden, the psychic artist behind the service, works from your birth details and the impressions she receives rather than from any photo you supply.
Can men order it too?
Yes. The service is not gendered and readings are prepared for people of any gender and any orientation.
Will my details be shared?
The birth details you submit go to the vendor for the purpose of preparing your reading. This website is an affiliate resource and never receives, stores or sells your order information.
Do I need to buy anything else afterwards?
No. The core package stands on its own. Optional extras may be offered at checkout by the vendor, and you are free to decline every one of them.
What if the face does not match anyone I know?
That is normal and, arguably, the point. Most readings describe someone you have not met yet, which is why the written story about where and how you meet matters as much as the drawing.
